Wastepal have purchased a new GPS bin location system for its collection fleet
Wastepal recognised the need to guarantee collection to its customers as its main goal in customer satisfaction. The new system guarantees collection by having a GPS location of every customers collection point, this is then transferred to a navigation system in the lorry which shows the driver where every bin is on a map.
Wastepal's Operation Manager Nicolas Delahunty said ' the new system makes our job easier and the customer's life easier as once they put the bin out the night before it is guaranteed to be collected, so they haven’t got to ring their collection company because the driver forgot to collect their bin'
