For the month of October
Because we are so confident in our customer service we now report our monthly service statistics.
For the month of October there were:
- 93.6% of our 52,700 collections were within two hours of there average collection time
- 0.0004% of total bins, put out for collection were missed
- 95.93% of all complaints/requests were answered within there assigned time
- We received 0.5 complaints per 1000 customers serviced
