For the month of November
Because we are so confident in our customer service we now report our monthly service statistics.
For the month of November there were:
- 87.4% of our 42, 400collections were within two hours of there average collection time
- 0.0003% of total bins, put out for collection were missed
- 96.74% of all complaints/requests were answered within there assigned time
- We received 1.0 complaints per 1000 customers serviced
