For the month of March they were: - 89.8% of our 52, 500 collections were within two hours of there average collection time. - 0.0003% of total bins, put out for collection were missed - 100% of all complaints/requests were answered within there assigned time - We received 0.1 complaints per 1000 customers serviced Remember no other collection company publishes there Customer Services Statistics
