Customer Services Statistics December
20/Jan/2010 11:52Because we are so confident in our customer service we now report our monthly service statistics.
For the month of December they were:
- 73.4% of our 53, 000 collections were within two hours of there average collection time (lower than normal due to icy road conditions resulting in trucks having to drive slower)
- 0.0004% of total bins, put out for collection were missed
- 98.13% of all complaints/requests were answered within there assigned time
- We received 0.5 complaints per 1000 customers serviced
