For the month of April they were: - 95.9% of our 42,000 collections were within two hours of there average collection time. - 0.0002% of total bins, put out for collection were missed - 97% of all complaints/requests were answered within there assigned time - We received 0.5 complaints per 1000 customers service - Average call hold time 31 seconds Remember no other collection company publishes there Customer Services Statistics
