Because we are so confident in our customer service we now report our monthly service statistics.
For the month of February they were:
- 87.2% of our 42, 000 collections were within two hours of there average collection time.
- 0.0004% of total bins, put out for collection were missed
- 100% of all complaints/requests were answered within there assigned time
- We received 0.5 complaints per 1000 customers serviced
