For the month of September
Because we are so confident in our customer service we now report our monthly service statistics.
For the month of September they were:
- 91.4% of our 42,000 collections were within two hours of there average collection time
- 0.0006% of total bins, put out for collection were missed
- 96.8% of all complaints were answered within there assigned time
- We received 0.8 complaints per 1000 customers serviced
