Wastepal is delighted to launch its online customer login interface.
By accessing their account online, customers can view, last collections, bin weights and average collection times. Customer can also identify there collection day, download their collection calender, make payments, change payment methods, change their service type and communicate directly to our accounts and operations departments to solve any issues.
Customers can simply go to the customer information page to access the login page.
Wastepal has invested heavily in technology with the intention of helping customers make waste easier. Wastepal's Managing Director Patrick L Kinsella said 'This investment is exactly in line with our core strategy of making waste easier for customers, we think it is very important to keep customers informed and allowing online access to account information was the simply choice versus the un-environmentally friendly sending of letters detailing the information'
